All images in the Legacy Stock Shop library are considered royalty-free stock images. When purchasing an image or membership, you are provided with a royalty-free license, giving you rights to use those images.
We are the sole and exclusive owner and hold the copyright of all content included in the Legacy Stock Shop.
As a Legacy Stock Shop purchaser/licensee, you may use Legacy Stock Shop content for single-business use and for personal use. This includes on your website, online or printed marketing material, social media, newsletters, and blogs.
Your license never expires. You may use downloaded Legacy Stock Shop images as many times as you want, during and after your paid memberships.
Your license is non-exclusive, which means other purchasers or members may have the same rights to the same images.
If you decide that Legacy Stock Shop is not for you, simply cancel your membership before the automatic renewal date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your payment term (renewal date) and you can still use any images that you downloaded as a member.
You can upgrade your plan at any time, from monthly to annual. However, due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on annual memberships.
If you cancel (or down grade) before the end of your membership term, you will not receive a pro-rated refund. However you will continue to have membership access until the end of your current term, and can renew with a monthly membership at that time.

Yes. As a Legacy Stock Shop purchaser/licensee, you may use Legacy Stock Shop content for single-business use. Your staff or other creative team members may assist you in marketing your business with Legacy Stock Shop images. However, images may not be used for any other business or third party outside of your own single-business use.
All Legacy Stock Shop images are full resolution, at 300 PPI. They are at least 3600 x 2400 pixels but many are larger. You may resize the images and change the resolution as needed.
No, you may not use images for clients or customers, unless they have their own purchased license or membership with Legacy Stock Shop.
Yes, you can edit as you wish, including but not limited to cropping, resizing, adding text and overlays, and adding color filters.
You may not share our images with others in any way that allows others to download or redistribute images.
You may not transfer the subscription, image files, sell, lease, assign, or give away Legacy Stock Shop images to any third party. You may not create derivative products from images and sell them. You may not use images for clients or customers, unless they have their own license or membership with Legacy Stock Shop, or include them in templates, or any other products for sale.
